So, it looks like car #17835 with engine cast E 13 3 (May 13,'63) and assembly stamped by Flint 06 06 (June 6). Characters look OK to me, but the pad surface isn't a gimme with obvious broach marks....

I don't believe '67 390 cars ever got 8" rears. All the ones I know of (including a 40k mile unrestored '67 GT) are packing 9"-ers.
