I would say your cable is for a '67 thru '69 Camaro 6 cylinder as they are about 19 1/2" long. Also would fit 6 cylinder Novas from that time frame and I am sure a few years newer.

Going to be tough to match this block up. LOS VINs only went as high as 9L531163.

A February stamped block would have a VIN 9L52XXXX.

Maybe just the second digit in the VIN is messed up.
