That crack looks to go through the spark plug...

That crack looks to go through the spark plug area and over the valve cover rail. Likely an impact situation. I have heads like that before and chicken out on trying to repair them.

A 3310 is probably the most common Holley center float carb out there. A true 65 3310 would have the peanut port bowls on it anyway so they would not interchange with the 4053. You can rob that 3310...
