The knobs on 70 and earlier tilt levers were...

The knobs on 70 and earlier tilt levers were smooth hard plastic. 71 and later were textured rubber. Same goes for column shift levers and non cruise signal lever knobs.

lbnaz, I believe the pan you pictured is not a 66 pan. 66 oil pans had a hole in the front to allow it to be bolted to the bottom of the timing cover. 67 had the hole also but different baffling.
