If a ‘66 GTO was ordered with the Optional Rally I wheels, you would also get Red painted brake drums.

Spare tire and Wheel

BFG Silvertown 7.75-14 tire.

This spare had been slightly used at some point.

The solid Black (code A) wheels on this car has a “W” and “GM” stamped on the face along with a “6 9” at the valve...

Wire Wheel Disc ‘extension’.

This ‘65 was ordered with the “wire wheel disc covers” which requires the valve extensions.

There were two of these 1-1/16” extensions in the console glove box when I purchased the car....

1965 Coppertone Deluxe Survivor

This is another favorite of mine.
It came out of the Chicago area and moved to my home in 2006.

EA68428 = May 26, 1965

Almost zero wear, mint factory paint and seat. Still wears it’s born with...
