Good. If they were used on the Corvette in 1973 then they are kosher for the Trans Ams and Formulas, too. Much better choice than the exploding Firestone 500 radials!.

What is the availability of the Goodyear Steelguard GR70x15? I believe these are good for 1973 according to the Goodyear media archive.

Rusty, is there any thought on Kelsey making a radial version of the Polyglas GT like Coker is doing with the Firestone Wide Oval? (I do like the Polyglas look better).

The festival and press cars started a bit earlier than that actually. Mine was an 02D car built right in the VIN sequence of the COPOs. 610486, if I recall corectly. That must have been a helluva...

My 69 Z11 (Maryland Zone display car) had Speedway Widetreads on it when delivered. The original owner took it on his honeymoon in the Summer of 69 and the car wound up in a lot of the honeymoon...
