Parts are on the way from Steve's Camaro's in San Bruno. Maybe this thing will feel better at speed now with correct parts.

I am replacing all the steering components in my drag car 69 Camaro. The old drag link has studs on both ends for the idler and pitman. The new unit has holes only. The reason I pulled the old unit...

I have GM Holley carb, 3955205 date coded 1503. I believe the 4 digits are over the counter replace or? What is this carb worth please. I have it disassembled but have all parts.

GN, I was refering to years past paper cars gemerated by Shelby and others. But now it looks like GM has axed the performance division today... Oh well, back to the shop.

I am replacing the door panels in my 69 Camaro Stocker and my sons 69 also. I purchased the door panels minus the upper steel . What is the trick for attaching the cardboard to the steel ?

Fast conditions, 440ft elevation corrected. Most of the comp teams were complaining about early runs and cold track temps @52 deg and that meant a couple of spinouts and shutoffs from unsafe track...

Larry, The gasket we had them look at is .330 out of the box. I will measure it after testing on the 6th to see what it compresses to after a couple of fuel and heat cycles.
