I contacted them, they knew of the part, but it's out of their wheelhouse. They don't know of any parts availability and weren't aware of any rebuilding support. Thanks for the reply.

Help w/ABS Valve

Dodge used this on 88-93 first gen trucks. This was placed in the rear brake line to pulse the brakes, preventing lockup. I can't find any info about rebuilding, testing or support of any kind....

I was able to answer my own question. The check valve is a PV blow protector. You can purchase the kit to install one, but I don't know if I can install one in that elongated slot.
