I will be contacting the police in his local jurisdiction and I will spend thousands with a lawyer just to prove a point if eBay finds in this guy's favor. This was blatant and outright fraud.

Sold a 1965 Impala 375hp Holley with the rare peanut bowls on eBay. Buyer most likely damaged carburetor purposely on air horn and sent back carburetor with no bowls and other missing parts....
