I think just Z. SS came with a 3.55 standard and option was 4.10. Z option was 4.10 too. I've never heard of a 3.73 SS.

Seems to me that if the roll steel was galvanized and the stamping happened later, that the cut edges would be very prone to rusting. Most moderately used ones that I have seen do not show evidence...
