The 466 # was the original and later replaced to 3796050....same mount
I have an NOS set that have the 466 like John indicated molded into them. The 67 /68 Z28 also used these mounts.

Tag Light
The wire to the tag light on 67 / 68 are black with a gray wire grommet.
The 69 has the brown wire and gray wire grommet.
Here are two original 67/68 tag lights with the black wire and also the tab...
