Hum..Anyobody can be sued, but with out something connecting Howie's car to Val, such as a licensing agreement, no liability on her part. If this were not true, then Helen Gibb is liable if Lil Hoss or Howie's car, or another Gibb cars crashes, Diane (Mrs. Ronnie) Sox is laible if one of Sox/Martin cars crash, the Bob Hamilton family is liable if I crash Red Alert? I don't think so.
