Tim, I agree..a sponsor could be dragged through the mud, but in the case of vintage racecars, we are not talking sponsors. None of the names on Howie's car are sponsoring him. Now if Valerie issues a licensing agreement, then possibly liable. If so concerned about being sued, then she would be better served leaving folks lone instead of jumping in and trying to make a buck off of her dad's name.
