This has been a week I'd like to forget. It started Wednesday evening when my mother was taken to the hospital for respiratory distress. During her diagnosis and treatment, I heard all kinds of doom and gloom. I visited her Thursday night and the sight of her being hooked up to monitors, etc... Well, it was all very upsetting.
As a result, I canceled my hotel room for the Mid Atlantic Chevelle Show and resolved that I would have to spend most of my weekend at the hospital.
Can you say "turn around"! She is 90% better and in MUCH better spirits, and is only hooked up to a feeding tube and has a monitor sensor on her finger. We're ALL happier now!
With that said, I did go to a local Walmart Cruise tonight to hang out with some of my buddies. Temps were in the 70's and the humidity was only 44%. We probably won't see many nights like this anymore.
Had to use my old camera tonight, the new one is charging. Didn't take a whole lot tonight, but I'll have a bunch from the Mid Atlantic Chevelle Show tomorrow! Yeah, mom said go to the show.
