[x Baldwin Motion]

My wife sent me to look at this car that my friends wife insists be sold (too many projects). It allegedly has the original #'s low HP engine. It has a replacement trunk and several layers of paint to be removed. Originally Frost Green, interior very nice original. I really don't want to get my son a paint project, but if the war department is on board, I need to strike while the iron is hot. What is a fair offer. Any ideas? Thanks
