Default Wheel dates

Trying to decode wheel dates for my 72 Chevelle:

I assume first letter is month?
Second number is day?
Third number is year?

So K-1-1 = November 1, 1971??

Looks like:
K-1-1 4 13

What is the "4" and the "13" immediately left and right of the valve stem?

If my above assumptions are correct then here is my supposedly original spare tire and wheel

K-1-2 2 24

My car is a 3rd week of March 72 built car so how does that work with this date, or am I incorrect in my assumptions above? The spare wheel would have been made in November of 1972 for a car that was assembled in March of 1972.

Thanks

Jake
