I'm gonna be looking for a new trans for the Nova.The old one is toast,broken ear on the case,used up gears and syncros.More to rebuild it right than to buy new with the good stuff in it.The trans that was in it I beleave is a M20 with 2 rings on the input.Wouldn't mind a M22 with a supercase.That would do everything that I could throw at it. But, it depends on how much power, how hard and often you use that power, how sticky R the rear tires and what rear gears are in it. All this comes to play in how long the weaker M-20/21 will last. I like the wide, M-20 (lower gears) for most stuff around town that has less than 3.73 rear gear.
