Today I found the sheet in the picture under the original carpet of my 1991 Nevada Highway Patrol B4C Camaro when I removed the carpet. Every nut and screw was still in the interior so I can say with confidence that the carpet has never been removed from the car. The paper feel & appearance is very consistent with the paper used by GM for Broadcast Sheets. It appears that this was placed in the car on the assembly line in the spring of 1991.
This sheet says "Kick Out" and has a sequence number, department, car line and VIN area on the corners. The VIN on the sheet has no reference to my car. Anyone ever seen anything like this? This car was built in March 1991 just after the 1st invasion of Iraq.
The Guns say "US Air Power" on one gun and "US Ground Units" on the other.
Anybody care to guess, offer an opinion or a factual answer as to who and why this bit of trivia was placed in the car?
