I have a pair of 1967 Chevy II/Nova SS bucket seats. These were taken out very early and put in dry storage for many years. Seat bottoms are in excellent shape, not mouse-eaten or rusty. Seat tracks are in excellent shape. The metal seat backs & side tins are in excellent condition, no dings or dents. Seat springs are not broken down- still nice & plush. Driver's seat has one small half moon tear (size of a dime easy fix).
Vinyl covers are still nice and soft not dry rotted
These seats are perfect for your survivor or restoration..It would be a sin to recover them..
