I have forwarded your message to our IT Department and a resolution is in the works.
It is true – some people for a unique reason (yet to be resolved having to do with an IP Address) have not been able to get their email address validated automatically.
Those that have inquired after having some difficulties to get results (like you), 100% of the time I have personally, or manually input their information and they are seeing the results. You can do that now.
If anyone you know of wants to send me their email address for validation in the interim, please feel free to send them my direction.
Frankly, we are PROUD of our results and WANT people to see them!
