The original location is still in Ohio. The name change is because Rob Kauffman is now the main owner and is a part owner of Waltrip's NASCAR team, hence the location of Charlotte and the Speedway. As I said before Joe Carroll is very honest and sells quality cars. Read the letters from many satisfied customers on the website.
