Re: Fired up NOS MO 302 for the first time!!
Here is another from the exhaust end...soon afterward. Ever since this motor was purchased from the Smokey Yunick Auction, I have only changed the oil, plugs, points, cap and rotor..and I preoiled the motor and had the carb rebuilt. I did take the intake off, just to take a look. It looked so pristine and new so I did not pull the oil pan. Needless to say, I was nervous about starting it after all these years. With just slight adjustments of the dwell, timing and very slight carb adjustment she seems to run great. Cannot wait to get the car together now!!!
