The wheels appear to be Appliance mags-with the better up close photo can tell by Appliances peculiar low profile kidney bean shaped holes and the indented center cap. They also had the black center cap as well....forgot about those.
The center cap has a giant "A" in the center and many mistakingly call them Ansens.
Appliance mags are plentiful especially in the 14 x7 size-most popular size and they came either polished or unpolished.
