As far as I can tell they were the same spring.

If you are using the original spring tag that lists 3955724 go with that. The Assembly code was just that, a short cut code for the line worker. HA or HQ does not matter. It is the part number that matters. BTW I can create an accurate spring tag (especially if you have a pic of the original).

Provided the spring is true to the specs, you should be happy. Springs do take a while to settle in and might start off high.
