I guess the rules don't apply to you. No wonder PayPal fees keep going up. Its because PayPal users who take a chance and end up not making out file a claim and PayPal eats it. Then PayPal passes the overhead to the customers with fee increases. [/quote]

Good luck trying to find anyone who's going to feel sorry for Paypal. There fees keep going up because they are greedy just like ebay.
