If you like the look of the car and it is in fact solid and straight I think the price is ok. I would not want to paint it though at the price on top of the mechanicals you want to perform. 10K more to the budget will get you a lot more car up front. Ask yourself if you can get there with this example. I have a couple of 6 shooters and find they are great cars as is and typically are in better shape than their bigger brothers. That all being said 16K would be a no brainer. I like the absence of dealer undercoating on this one. Good luck
