----Grill was black when I got the car and I liked the look. That's one of those non-perfect things I mentioned. Drivetrain was original and ran terrific when I had it. I cant speak to it today. That was eight or ten years ago and this owner is stating that the engine was recently rebuilt. It certainly didn't need it back when I had it......Bill S
