Anyone here in OK with a 9737. You need this tag (ESPECIALLY if your car is White!). You can apply to the tax commission to display this as the actual rear tag on your car, and it only costs 20 bucks a year (same as a personalized tag). You get a new sticker every year just like with a regular tag.
