Marlin..Good call on the Metal-ax machine. I'm surprised you know about that machine, most people don't. Back in the late 90s I was helping Paul Pfaff Racing Engines with some Pro Stock development and he just purchased one. I would vibrate Titanium valves and they would cut like butter! I always use that procedure on (Green, New) blocks ,heads ect. But the old stuff with all the heat cycles don't seem to move much.

TAZ, I have not check any OEM Olds Assembly's.
