Don, that clutch unit looks like a Delco (small fins) rather than an Eaton.
CRG's cooling system report may help, as it states:
"In 1969, at least 3 different fan clutches were used for C60 (AC) and RPO K02 cars (except 396). These cars have been observed equipped with Delco clutch units, stamped with the broadcast code of CH."
Hopefully someone else will know if that CH clutch broadcast code was used on other models, the fan certainly would have been.
As for value, I'd defer to others more familiar with the local prices/demand, but subject to condition, would think in the range $250 -$400?
The good thing about a February 'B69' fan date is that IIRC the repros were only dated every 2 months from January (A69, C69, E69 etc)
