Folks I am not real well versed in these engines so please excuse my ignorance. I am contemplating what to do with this Winters aluminum block and heads. Build it or sell it. And if I do sell it do I leave it as is or send it to the machine shop to have it dialed in so it is ready to build and looks nice and clean?

Any info would be helpful as to determine exactly what (Can Am Motor?) it is. The deck is clean but it does have some numbers by the oil filter area .

Any opinion on value is welcome too as I may end up selling it. I have a hand full of people who email me regularly and want to buy it but I have not wanted to part with it and have no idea of the value.
