When I had my upholstery done, I had a shop match the material samples from SMS. For me, it was actually cheaper to have my seats done by a reputable upholstery shop versus buying seat covers and doing it myself. I'm sure they could do either color. That said, with only 4862 71 Z28's produced, You could bet this color interior was not as common as black. I'd think twice before I would change it.
