I've used a local place called Logo One. They have supplied me with Gildan shirts in the past. They are a blend- 50% cotton and 50% polyester. I find this to be more comfortable than the 100% cotton shirts I have. Maybe others who have purchased this shirt form me in the past can offer a less biased opinion?

As far as where the shirts are made, I did a quick google search.

Where are Gildan T shirts made?

The next year, the company opened a knitting, bleaching, dyeing, finishing and cutting facility in Rio Nance, Honduras. Over the next few years, Gildan continued its expansion by opening sewing facilities in Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic and a distribution center in Charleston, South Carolina.

I've not have anyone complain yet, and they are my personal favorite tee shirt to wear. The cool logo and the comfortable fit, you can't go wrong wearing these out to any kind of automotive event!
