These cars are super rare with sticks - unfortunately this one is NOM but the factory 4-speed stuff is so hard to find that you rarely see anyone going to the expense to convert over an automatic car.
I had a '66 equipped similarly to this one - black buckets, 4-speed, PW. Not the fastest car but a great driver. And this one even has factory air.
