Default Virtual Seder...

Last nite was the start of Passover...we usually share the event with friends at their home. But, the new normal requires a creative approach...so I attended my first virtual seder. Karen made the matzah ball soup and I provided some chopped chicken liver and onions. Of course we had all the other normal parts to the event...it was fun and a nice time.

It was a bonus because yesterday was her birthday...so we celebrated that as well. Hopefully next year Pesach will be in person...since there was no crowd I didn't make the brisket! It takes an Irishman to cook good brisket

Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy.

“Chag Pesach sameai-ch!”
