. MT car, yet engine code and plugs in the manifolds would indicate CA only AIR. But if that is so, the specific to L34/AIR ONLY pass side valve cover is missing, plus the CLAIMED ORIGINAL 3837 carb is for non-AIR, should be 3839.
Block stamp looks typical for Fremont build (and one too many digits), would be nice to see it without paint.
