The second is from 2016 and has the perforated stamp, which George had to go to several years ago BECAUSE his pages were being reproduced and faked. I don't see the certification stamp on this doc. If they are claiming this doc is recent, which by the description, they seem to be to me, it's fake.
If it's older than 2003, MAYBE George wasn't putting the issue date on them then, I don't know how he had them before 2003. This cars doc is the same as my early one, with the exception of the date.

Bill did note a partial trim tag was pictured and I see it does have the Z25 option stamped in what appears to be the original tag, so this may not be a fake doc, just different from what I have.

Still, I encourage ANYONE interested in this, or ANY Oshawa built car to verify it's pedigree with George before considering a purchase. He has always been willing to just verbally verify a vin and whether it is a real SS or not. Beyond that, get your check book out for the actual docs.
So you have 2 documented cars from GM of Canada and you think you should comment on the authenticity of this one because yours is different.
George has been doing this for over 25 years, think of the number of cars he has checked. He was checking on "rare" cars before people realized what they were...

You need more information, other than it not being dated, to call this a problem...
