My pre 1981 aftermarket Delco books show the same D1203, and the distributor break down book shows 1942518, which is a D1203 also.
However.... I have a 1963 illustrated catalog that shows pictures and overall lengths.
D1204 / 1950577 shows 13 1/8
D1206 / 1958971 shows 14 5/8
D1202 / 1932616 shows 15 1/4
D1205 / 1954563 shows 15 3/4
They all show having the same terminals. Maybe one of those will get you closer.
