You can (DIY),
I use the following product and cut my Own using factory removed originals as a template.
Material source:
Restoration Specialties & Supply, INC.
814-467-9842

Material Part number MAT014-WS
Material nomenclature: Rubber Matting, 1/16 thick black masticated x 48" wide

It is NOT a 100% Match due to the fibers fully encapsulated, but James reccomended using a DA sander and scuffing to expose more fibers. Others have source Large sections from 1970's OLDs in auto recycling yards as starter stock and cut from Real GM materials, but I have not gone that route.

I hope you find this helpful, as I understand it really did not provide you an off the Shelf product. I would Explore "REM" mfr'g and get real world samples.
