Here's what I have heard as of late.
We all know of Tom's project, Musclecar Power, then there is the relatively new
Muscle Car Motion (which is turning into a really good magazine), I have heard that Muscle Car Review is coming back Oct. 15th as a 100 page newstand only item, and that one of the Mopar magazines is starting up a new muscle car based magazine.
I hope this isn't a "too much of a good thing" situation, and they all run each other out of business
