Default 69 COPO???

Hello, my name is Clint and this is my first post. I have spoken with a couple members of this web sight who recommended I use it. I am very familiar with the 69 camaro. I have awned several 69 SS cars and Z28s. I have the opportunity to purchase a 69 COPO which I am not very familiar with. The current owner says that the car has the original 427 block with the VIN stamp near the oil filter. The suffix code is gone due to the block being decked. He says that the car has the original M21 and the original BE coded rear with 410 gears and a 140 mile speedo. The car is a X-11 chasis and is originally Daytona yellow. I know very little about COPOs in general and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is anything definative about these cars that may prove its authanticity? He says that the previous owner has documentation but has not given it to him. He says that the car originated in the Chicago area. this car is a major project but I will still be investing a good amount of money. Any help would be appreciated. Please forgive my ignorance on the subject, I am new to the supercar arena. VIN 124379N649233.
