MM & Jeff, I received an email like that about a month ago and ignored it. I have been meaning to send it onto PayPal and let them know. Here is what it looked like:

This e-mail is the notification of recent innovations taken by PayPal to detect inactive customers.

The inactive customers are subject to restriction and removal in the next 3 months.

Please confirm your email address by logging in to your PayPal account using the form below:

This notification expires January 31, 2003

There is a similar scam going but using Ebay account information....................RatPack............ ..
