I found the following tool at the Corvette NCRS site to be useful in finding or clarifying dealer information:

The database provides a good deal of information, including current status. I updated the info on Walters Chevrolet, where my COPO came from, and have found complete info for many other dealers. Might be worth checking and updating the info for the dealerships that delivered our cars so that a good central repository of information is maintained.
