Default -70 Hemi Challenger conv.

In 1990 there was an article in the swedish Wheels magazine about a Hemi convertible. This Plum Crazy/white top car (JS27R0B171715) was bought by "Stateside" on Jerome Avenue in New York in -75.This company exported around 6000 cars to Sweden in the -72 to -78 periode. 2800 of these were convertibles. In -75 the Hemi conv. cost them around $2000. During the thirteen years this car spent in Sweden, it had something like ten different owners. One of these gave it to his wife as a daily driver. So this four-speed Hemi conv. was used by a woman even during wintertime.
In -88 the car was sold to an english gentlemen who sold it to an american collector. I believe it cost $105 000 at that point. Happy ending ?
