I am still in awe of the weekend. We had a great time, and will plan on attending these events for a long time. Friday night in Monmouth was impressive to say the least. 1600 cars & 30000 people. Unbelievable!
The show at LaHarpe Saturday with 600? entrants! Fantastic! I met some new friends & old friends there.
Helen, I know you're reading this, and I wanted to tell you how glad I am to have introduced myself to you. I usually don't do things like that, but you made me feel right at home. You & your family are legends in the Supercar industry. You should feel honored to have such a following. Thanks again for the wonderful memories. ( I still sit here and wonder how you knew I could relate to the "endgate seeder" story. I've grown up with all of that, but didn't think it was that obvious.

Annie, after introducing myself to Helen, I had built up the nerve to introduce myself to you, but you were busy laying under your car, tying it down in the trailer at the hotel Friday night. I didn't want to bother you.
BTW, the accommodations at Monmouth were great. Nice rooms at a good price (thanks to this board!) and a BIG breakfast in the morning.
If and when anybody else asks the same question that I did, I'll be able to offer some convincing replies myself.
