I pass that field from time time , it's a green meadow now, a tourist attraction with a plaque /moument briefly explaining the event---There was a attempt to use the original field again for the 2nd Woodstock, but were turned down.-It was held down the road aways in another field, after it stopped raining at this one, cars were buried up to their wheels in mud,up and down the road. A friends son, that had attended it, told me the farmer was getting up to $250. to pull cars out of the mud with his tractor---Who'll stop the rain..........
