Default Lets talk about Powerglides and Oldsmobiles....

My '68 Olds has a Powerglide in it. I got the car with the engine (350) out and disassembled, but the 'glide and everything else still bolted in the car. This is the 1st p-glide I've ever owned.. Always had TH350s and 400s or usually I'd convert the car to 4spd if it was an automatic and my driver... Anyway, is this P-glide worth trying to use?? or should I just yank it out of the way right now while it's easy to get to? I've got a '65 TH400 longtail I can use but will need a driveshaft made.. I'm also still itching with the idea of converting it to a 4spd too... What's a good way to go behind a Big Block Olds?? Since this is my first effort with an Oldsmobile I want to ask the experienced...
