There is an old VHS tape series called Faces of Death.They are pretty gross and show EVERYTHING! In one of the tapes there is a story that took place in Texas,A lady called in about a large gator she had seen .She lived on some large lake I do not remember exactly where.So She reported it to the Parks and Wildlife Dept.You could tell that it was a pretty old clip due to the age of the old bass boat that they were in when they, the two Game Wardens pulled up inThe lady came down to the waters edge to tell them what and where she seen.She described the gator as being very big! And pointed to tsome tall weeds in the water just off the bank they were about 4 feet tall.She said he is in there.So one Game Warden told her"Just hang on Maam we will get him".Well they easd over there in the boat and the Warden in the front of the boat had a rope and as he seen the gator he twirled the rope and caught the gator.Well that big old gator pulled him out of the boat and eat him up right there on there video!It was pretty gross.I watched this set of movies back in the early seventies.Some of you may remember them,but they all were very gross a lot of people could not stand to watch them.I have a very strong stomach and I have to admit I even started getting sick on some of the stories.I know that this is not the same gator but just thought this story related to the size of this one and just how quick things can go really wrong with wild animals.The closest I have ever been to a gator is at the Zoo,and that is close enough for me! Other than I have eaten fried alligator tail and it is reall good.
