Congrats Charlie, I almost pooped my pants when I bid on it at over $1000. Like I said, you win some you lose some. I doubt the guy that bought it needs it. He has been hoarding 67-69 Z/28 parts and has been paying crazy money for almost everything he bids on. He has bought his fair share of loose 69 z/28 cowl tags.
It seems no matter what that guy outbids everyone. Sometimes that can work against you by entering a real high bid like this guy does. Who knows how high he bid, but I think it was thousands above what he got it for.
Anyways, this thread really got high jacked. All I was doing was looking for parts for my car.

Jeff, all the fans I see in that pic look like the common 3 inch bolt pattern.
Whats the sense in placing an ad if someone responds to your ad and then gets a part identified, then doesnt offer it to you and places it on ebay for the part collectors.
