However, the owner did send along two blue Corvette diecasts for my kids and they were just thrilled with that
Here is a pic of the original wheel/tire combo. I am going with a set of those and a set of the '67 style bolt-on aluminum wheels (they don't have the spinner like the earlier ones) with red-lines and will change them up every once in a while since I like both looks. BTW, this is the Jay Kline car that I posted about a few weeks ago.
Thanks Dan. I'll decide about showing it or not once I get it cleaned up. My friend wants me to bring it to the Michigan chapter meet in the Spring and I may do that if I can get a truck and trailer lined up.
